Product Introduction

Thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing material, referred to as TPO membrane, is a new waterproofing material made of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) synthetic resin that combines ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene by polymerization technology as the base material, with antioxidants, anti-aging agents, and softeners added; it is a new material that has been popular in the United States and Europe in recent years; the ingredients do not contain plasticizers, and there is no plasticizer migration and brittleness; polyester fiber mesh cloth can also be used as an internal reinforcement material to make enhanced waterproof membranes.

Product Features

Hot air welding: The lap joints are welded with hot air, and the joint peeling strength is high, forming a safe and reliable sealed waterproof layer;

Ultra-long weather resistance and service life: It does not contain plasticizers and has ultra-long aging resistance;

Excellent low temperature performance: It has anti-aging, large pull-up rate, good weather resistance, super low temperature resistance, and still maintains flexibility at -40℃, which can meet the use requirements of extremely cold areas;

Corrosion resistance: It has super chemical and biological corrosion resistance, and can meet the use requirements of light energy-saving roofs in acid, alkali and salt environments.

Puncture resistance: The dense molecular structure and super strong joint strength make it have excellent physical root resistance;

Energy saving and environmental protection: No protective layer is required for exposure, and the light-colored surface has excellent reflectivity, which can reflect most of the sunlight radiation and reduce energy consumption;

Comprehensive characteristics such as convenient construction, no pollution, self-extinguishing property away from fire, and weldability are very suitable as a waterproof layer for light energy-saving roofs.
