"LHYN-108 Lohas High Strength Anti-Crack Patch", referred to as "Anti-Crack Patch", also called Highway Band-Aid, is a new material for treating road cracks. It can effectively prevent reflective cracks caused by the base layer and surface cracks caused by the surface layer. At the same time, it avoids secondary damage to the road surface. This product is suitable for maintenance and construction of highways of different levels and waterproofing of engineering cracks.

Product Features

Tensile strength can reach ≥1500N/50mm, and product elongation ≥30%. When the "anti-crack patch" pasted on two cement concrete slabs is horizontally displaced by 1mm (base seam width 4mm), the anti-crack patch can play a good role in alleviating and dispersing. After opening and closing 10,000 times, the "anti-crack sticker" was not damaged;

When the "anti-crack sticker" pasted on two cement concrete plates moved up and down by 0.5mm (base seam width 4mm), after repeated up and down displacement 10,000 times, the "anti-crack sticker" was not damaged due to its good flexibility and elongation;

The "anti-crack sticker" has good adhesion to both the cement concrete base layer and the asphalt concrete surface layer, and its bonding strength is greater than 4N/mm. After being rolled by hot asphalt concrete, the bonding performance

can be greatly improved, so when subjected to horizontal force, it is not easy to slip and damage. Under high temperature conditions of 50℃, the shear strength of the "anti-crack sticker" can reach more than 0.15Mpa;

Good perforation resistance: After the "anti-crack sticker" is impacted by a 500g hammer from a height of 500mm, and then subjected to a constant pressure of 0.3MPa water pressure for 0.5h, the "anti-crack sticker" does not leak water;

The self-adhesive covering layer on the lower surface of the "anti-crack sticker" is greater than 1mm. After being rolled by hot asphalt concrete, it is completely combined with cement concrete, greatly improving the waterproof tightness, preventing surface water from penetrating into the cracks of cement concrete slabs, and improving the stability of the foundation. Especially when subjected to horizontal thrust from moving vehicles, the waterproof tightness is guaranteed due to the good self-adhesiveness and softness of its covering layer;

The construction method of the "anti-crack sticker" is self-adhesive cold construction. As long as the isolation paper (film) is removed, it can be directly pasted on the treated cement concrete base. The construction is convenient and fast.
